For the Morgan project which was to extend the boundaries of a home in Whitchurch, Cardiff. Regan Construction were required to improve the status of the home in addition to the required expansion. After the initial appointment with the clients a survey was done on the property in order to assess the project ad then present an estimate for the work. Once this was done and the clients approved of it work was then begun. It was important that during the duration of the project the various stages and improvements were communicated to Mr. and Mr. Morgan so they were entirely aware of it's progress. The project was completed on schedule as well as within budget and expectations of the clients. .
